The City of Tuscola installed newly elected officials at their regularly scheduled City Council meeting on May 8, 2023. All elected Council positions for the April 4, 2023 Consolidated Election were won by incumbents. Those re-installed for a new 4-year term by Mayor Kleiss were:
Juanita Brace, Ward 1, who has served since 2020
Terra Waldrop, Ward 2, who has served since 2016
Dave Slaughter, Ward 3, who has served since 2007
Michael Morris, Ward 4, who has served since 2020
