Mayor Kleiss presented an award of appreciation to Gary Miller in honor of his 21 years of service to the City of Tuscola Police Department. A retirement reception was held in his honor at an earlier date. The City greatly appreciates Officer Miller for his years of dedicated service and wishes him well in retirement.
