July 7, 2018- Tuscola celebrates Independence Day with an all day festival in Ervin Park that culminates in a wonderful fireworks display.  Events of the day include knockerball, inflatables, Kidtown Tuscola events, a concert by Battlecreek Band, the annual parade, a 5K race, 3-on-3 basketball tournament, mudvolleyball tournament and, of course, lots of food vendors!
