The Outlets of Tuscola welcome children of all ages to trick or treat off the street.  This tradition started several years ago to give families a safe alternative for trick or treating.  This year the Tuscola Fire Department and Tuscola Police Department joined in on the fun!  Kids had a chance to explore the fire trucks and recieved tips for safe trick or treating!
