Birth to Five Illinois Region 11
The Birth to Five Illinois department of the Illinois Network of Child Care Resource & Referral Agencies is working to amplify the voices and experiences of families, providers, and community members in the funding and allocation of Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services across the State. Our Tuscola office, Birth to Five Illinois: Region 11 serves Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie & Shelby Counties. Our mission is to improve equity of inputs and outcomes for children by partnering with the ECEC community and families seeking quality Early Childhood opportunities to create a streamlined system of access and support.
