8th Annual Tuscola Community Blood Drive
Hosted By: Douglas County Rotaract and Tuscola High School National Honor Society
Douglas County Rotaract is excited to partner with Tuscola High School National Honor Society and Community Blood Services of Illinois to host a Community Blood Drive on Monday, November 18th from 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM at Tuscola High School (Study Hall Room), located at 500 S. Prairie Street, Tuscola.

You must be 17 years old to donate or 16 years old with a parental consent form (download form here: https://www.bloodcenter.org/webres/File/16%20year%20old%20parental%20consent%202019.pdf).
Identification card or Donor ID is required to donate. Please eat before donating.
The Blood Drive is open to the public.
All presenting donors will be given a t-shirt + entered into a drawing to win a $25 Jimmy John's gift card or $25 Monical's Pizza of Tuscola gift card. One winner per gift card, first donor chosen gets first choice of prize.
